AICE media studies: filming blog details about my music video

 The last couple weeks have been hectic for me. This unfortunately means I have been unable to meet up with my partner. I was on a trip for Thanksgiving break and I drove to Georgia, so I was not able to meet with my partner. He understood and couldn't do anything about it really. Along with that because I went out of town I had to get Covid tested and for some reason it took a while to come back, not sure why. Maybe because I was out of town and they couldn't get the results in I'm not really sure how it works. Or maybe they were really busy because everybody was getting tested cus of Thanksgiving.  That's the main reason why I wasn't able to meet up with Joseph to film. This weekend will be a good time for us to meet up and film. So that's the plan, hopefully we can finish filming all in one day so we don't need to spend a whole lot of time on that. It is unfortunate that we couldn't meet this week or even the weekend before my trip. But that's because my mother has work in the weekdays and I cant leave my little brother alone, he's too young. After Saturday we will most likely be finished filming and then we can rap up the project. So yeah other than that whole ordeal, I'm sure we will both do fine with the music video.

 As of today, no filming has been done. We have made a few tweaks to our storyboard. Also we have been collecting materials and props we would need. We bought a basketball as one of the major props. After that we used a pump to make sure its not deflated. The basketball is the most important prop of this project. And we needed to make sure we have everything settled. As for when filming will begin, I'm not sure. Next week will be my last week in this Airbnb. but my house isn't finished. So my mother is looking for other places to stay in the meantime. Wherever it is, Ill have to be there for 4 weeks. Which is annoying and irritating to even think about. But that's life so we have to deal with it. I could just ask my mother to drive me to the locations for filming. On the days she doesn't have work she probably can. But regardless it should be alright. The filming should be finished in a day or two. Then the hard part is over. Until then I guess I'll be waiting.

 As of today filming has not started. It will take a while in order for me and my partner to start recording. I'm still in the Airbnb, far away from every filming location. But soon I will be back in my home and ready to film. In order to film we will need a third actor as well. Luckily for us, I talked to our mutual friend and he said he'll help act. He's also in Media Studies, but he is in S level. While me and my partner are in AS. Along with that the three locations are close to his house, my partners house, and mine as well. We can start filming now but it would be very slow. And also very inconvenient for everybody involved. For now though we will be cleaning things up with our script. Just making sure things flow and look right. Sometimes there are little errors you forget to correct. But it's not that bad and I'm not changing anything major.
